Sarah Barfoot is a multi disciplinary artist who explores the link between the Alexander Technique and the Performing Arts. She often uses the themes of female identity and invisibility in her work.

She has a BA (Hons) in Fashion from The University of the Arts London (formerly Central Saint Martins).


She is a trained actor and a STAT Certified teacher of The Alexander Technique and was a founder member of theatre company Tanglehead Productions, with whom she worked as a company director, performer and co-producer.

She is currently studying for an MA in Collaborative Theatre at Rose Bruford College.

Her current project The Potentiality of Invisible Things is influenced by her work as an actor, mother and Alexander Technique Teacher.
